WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED? DO YOU TRAVEL?

We are based out of Truckee, CA & our standard service area is within the Reno Tahoe Basin, the Sierra Buttes, and Sierra Foothills, but we love to take our tents on the road and will go just about anywhere we can! We've done events in Big Bear, Joshua Tree, Mt Hood, Big Sur, Mendocino Coast, Sedona, and even up to Alaska!

HOW BIG ARE THE TENTS? WHAT IS THE OCCUPANCY?

​

Our bell tents are 16 feet in diameter, 10 feet tall at the apex, and have a door opening of 5.5 feet tall. Each tent is made of heavy duty cotton canvas and comes with a double walled bug netting and 4 window air vents at the base.

​

Our sleeper tents can comfortably fit two queen sized beds with a maximum occupancy of 4 adults. Our lounge tents can fit anywhere from 8-16 people, depending on the type of furnishings and how comfortable guests are with one another :)

WHAT'S YOUR BOOKING PROCESS? DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?

​

In order to secure your date, we take a 50% non-refundable deposit plus a signed rental contract. Our typical minimum is 5 tents, and if you're unsure how many tents you'll be needing we usually recommend starting with the minimum and adding more tents as you get closer to your event date.

​

We may need to conduct a site visit before taking a deposit in order to check the ground, ensure that the property has proper spacing, and confirm logistics.

​

HOW FAR OUT DO YOU BOOK?

​

We are currently booking out about 1 year to 6 months in advance. Please send us an email to check availability!

WHAT COMES WITH EACH TENT?

​

Each sleeper tents comes with the following:

​

1x 5m Bell Tent | 1x Queen Memory Foam Mattress with 14 inch Bed Frame | 4x Standard Pillows with Pillowcases |

1x Comforter with Duvet Cover & Standard Linens | 1x Throw Blanket | 2x Chairs | 1x Side Table | 1x Mix & Match Rug | 2x LED Hurricane Lanterns | 1x Mirror | 1x Towel per Person | 1x Pre-charged Power Bank

Lounge tents are typically furnished in a mix and match style, and we bring in lots of different rugs, accent chairs, coffee and side tables, butterfly chairs, poufs, floor pillows, lighting, and decor.

IS THERE ANYWHERE YOU CAN'T SET UP?

​

As long as you have necessary permitting, own or have permission to use the property, the ground is viable for staking, there's enough room for tents to be pitched, and we have proper access to bring in box trucks, then we can typically do it. If the terrain is difficult for us to bring in equipment or the ground is uneven, too crowded, full of rocks, stumps etc., that's when we might have to consider other options. We use tension lines to pitch the tents, so the ground needs to be soft enough for us get stakes in. However, we've been known to do a tent or two on asphalt with weighted bags before, so if you've got somewhere in mind that you realllllly want a lounge tent, but it's on a hard surface, just let us know and we can take a look :)

HOW DO THE TENTS HOLD UP IN RAIN?

​

As you long as you close the vents before it starts raining, our tents will do just fine in the rain! They're made of 100% waterproof canvas with a heavy duty groundsheet and were designed to hold up in the rain and even snow.

DO YOU PROVIDE ANY FOOD SERVICES?

​

We do not provide catering, but we know people in the area who do, and we highly recommend them!

DO YOU HAVE BATHROOM OR SHOWER TRAILERS?

​

We don't currently provide add-on bathroom or shower services, but we're happy to recommend some! Shoot us an email with any questions!
